This guarantee is only good for one year after date.
This Bulldog is guaranteed to be in good health at time of sale. All puppies are registered with the AKC (American Kennel Club). They need to be transferred in to the new owners name. (as soon as possible).

_____B. Full: the puppy seems to be of breeding/showing quality at time of purchase. The seller does not guarantee that the puppy will be successful in breeding/showing.

For the protection of the purchaser and the seller, we require that you have your puppy examined by a vet within 48 hours of purchase. Failure to do so within 48 hours VOIDS this warranty.
If this puppy is found to have a health problem at the 48 hour exam and is unable to be medically treated, we will give you another puppy of equal value. Or other arrangements will be made. To qualify for a refund, you must return the puppy alive within 24 hours of exam. The AKC papers given at time of sale must accompany the return of puppy.
We do not guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes. Therefore we do not guarantee Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, or Internal Parasites. Seller will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or corona Virus after 48 hours, as these diseases can be contracted immediately after leaving seller. Buyer is aware that English Bulldogs are prone to heat stroke and will be responsible to provide an environment that is healthy for their puppy.
This guarantee does not cover any common puppy ailment such as worms, vitamin deficiencies, any viral or bacterial diseases, disorders brought on by parasites, or common traits in a Bulldog such as Cherry eye, Entropion, Loose hips, skin allergies, allergies due to pet dander, Demodectic mange, elongated soft palette, nasal snares and Naval Hernia that may develop.
Under no circumstances will the seller be responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by the purchaser for this puppy. Minor breed related, treatable or correctable conditions, or condition that may go away or is considered to be something the puppy will likely outgrow, are not covered. Seller cannot guarantee that any male puppy sold will have two testicles.

In the unlikely event of this puppy’s death, a statement from a veterinarian confirming such an event, with a Laboratory Report backing the veterinarian’s statement before any action will be taken by the seller. An autopsy is required along with the report. Under NO circumstance is the puppy to be euthanized without seller’s knowledge and consent. (Except in an extreme case where humane treatment requires immediate attention.)
Seller will grant breeding rights unless otherwise specified. If the dog is unable to breed for any reason seller is not responsible and cannot guarantee the fertility of a male or female. No guarantee is made on show quality of puppy.
All puppies are sold as pets only. No guarantee is made on size, color, quality, disposition or fertility. Buyer agrees to provide routine veterinary care of this puppy. And records of such care should the buyer have to return the puppy. Buyer will offer the puppy back to the breeder first if ever need of placement.
Buyer understands contract will be void if buyer fails to provide routine veterinary care, if puppy is sold, transferred or injured by accident or neglect. Best Bulldog pups will not be responsible for veterinarian fees or costs. and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
I have read this contract, understand fully the contents thereof and acknowledge the terms of it. Best bulldog pups are not relying on verbal statements not contained herein. Best bulldog pups requires a 200.00 non-refundable deposit this holds the puppy I choose until The remaining balance is paid. I understand I have one week after the date I give them before they resale the puppy. Unless I have made other arrangements with them.
